Check out four new cards that will appear in Hearthstone's next solo adventure.

In anticipation of next week's release of the new Hearthstone solo adventure "Galakron's Awakening," Blizzard has released a new Hearthside Chat video summarizing the events leading up to its release and what players can expect when it arrives. Most of it is already known, but it gets a little more interesting around the middle when designer Dean Ayala shows off some of the new cards that will appear in the adventure.

Winged Guardian is a "fearsome taunt minion," Ayala says in the video, with a Reborn mechanic from Saviors of Uldum that brings it back to life with 1 health when it is first destroyed.

On the E.V.I.L. side, Aeon Reaver deals damage equal to its attack power to opposing minions, making it especially powerful against larger threats like Mountain Giant.

Air Raid summons two 1/1 Silver Hand Recruits with Taunt.

Grand Lackey Erkh is a legendary minion that adds a minion to your hand every time you play it. It can be used to make "Edwin Van Cleef" and "Questing Adventurer" especially corrupt in size.

"The Adventure will be rolled out over three weeks, so the meta will gradually change as new cards become available," says Ayala.

When Galakrond's Awakening goes live on January 21, 35 new cards will be added to the game, four of which will be available to all players in the first free chapter of the League of E.V.I.L. campaign. Subsequent chapters will be bundled for $7 each or $20 each and will also get a bonus Golden Classic Pack. More information can be found at playhearthstone.com.
