Kingpin Reloaded, graphics remastered, F-bombs remain the same as before.

Kingpin Life of Crime was one hell of a shooter; released by Xatrix and Interplay in 1999, it was truly violent, truly blasphemous, and the most F-bomb-heavy video game I had played up to that point. It also has a short but sweet soundtrack by Cypress Hill. [It is less memorable, perhaps because it was released shortly after the mass murder at Columbine High School, and due to its blatant depiction of violence (he goes on a rampage after being beaten down at the beginning of the game, but his reaction is so disproportionate that John Wick seems to be restrained), some major retailers stopped carrying the game. Later this year, the film will return to fame as Kingpin Reloaded, a "remastered and enhanced" version being produced at 3D Realms.

Kingpin Reloaded will support 4K and ultrawide displays and will support Classic and "enhanced" modes. Interaction with the relatively extensive NPCs will also be enhanced with a new quest and conversation system, but no details were given on how this will work.

According to 3D Realms' Kingpin Reloaded page, the game will also have a "No Violence" mode. There does not appear to be a "No Swearing" mode. The old-fashioned "gang bang" multiplayer will also return.

Kingpin Reloaded will be available later this year. Meanwhile, if you just can't wait, the original Kingpin: Life of Crime is available on Steam and GOG.
