General
The remastered FMV cutscenes for Command & Conquer are as follows.

"Command & Conquer Remastered" is currently in production and includes 4K versions of both the 1995 original and its prequel, "Red Alert." Not only will the mission assets be remastered (a key press will switch to the original 320 x 200 graphics), but EA wanted the classic, cheesy FMV cutscenes remastered.

As producer Jim Vessella explains, this turned out to be a lot more work than expected: to cut a 17-minute story short, they tried to track down the original footage from the archives at EA LA and paid a Hollywood company to digitize the archaic format They did not. Instead, they turned to the community that was already working on algorithms to upscale the original FMVs. They started with high quality cutscenes from the console version and succeeded in upscaling them to an impressive degree.

As Vessella points out, the PlayStation version they were working on did not have all the same cutscenes as the PC version. On the plus side, material exclusive to the PlayStation version was added to the PC remaster. A number of B-rolls were also found to be added as unlockable elements.
