Hunting games tend to simulate the act of humans butchering animals for "sport," but here's a less crazy alternative that puts you in the role of a fox. Or rather, a fox. In "Rev," set in a gorgeous ruin in a beautiful forest, you spot an animal (deer, rabbit, etc.), then sneak up on it and launch a powerful attack.

Its stealth idea is quite innovative. While charging, you must stay close to your prey, but don't get too close, because if you get too close, they will be alarmed and flee across the map. If they run away, you need to rely on your Fox Sense. Basically, wait a bit until the glowing footprints appear on the screen.

As you complete your hunting quota to clear each stage (all on the same map, but with different creature placement), you earn skill points, which you can use to improve your fox. Skill points can also be used to increase the number of followers.

The AI of the squire is nothing special, but it generally gets the job done and works quite well with regard to its main function, attack. Ideally, you would deploy troops to set up traps. After you attack an animal, it will hopefully flee in the direction of your hungry companion.

The pastor escalates well. As you understand the mechanics of the completed hunt, the game gradually and casually invites guilt. At one stage, what appears to be a mature bison roams the ruins, protecting a child. There is no hope of challenging the parents, but the little creature is .......
