The staff at Two Points Hospital is just falling apart, but with the upcoming Culture Shock DLC, they will also be responsible for resuscitating the dying culture of Two Points County. They need a raise.

Culture Shock, Two Point Hospital's fifth DLC, will still keep patients healthy, treat 12 new exotic diseases, build new treatment facilities, and keep the books so that the lights stay on and the machines keep chugging. But each of the three new locations has its own cultural crisis to resolve.

At Plywood Studios, they must rub shoulders with TV stars and help launch new medical dramas while keeping ER and Grey's Anatomy from seeming like amateur productions. Meanwhile, you've been put in charge of a hospital in Madbury, and you'll be helping out with the festival. The final location, Fitzpocket Academy, is where you can live the high life, where "art, glamour, and hospital come together," according to Two Point Studios.

Even though this is ultimately a hospital sim, the studio setting of the first location has much of the feel of the movie The Movies. The management game is booming at the moment, and if there is ever a time to revisit Lionhead's less famous but undeniably ambitious sim, it is now.

After a few years of DLC, Two Point Studios must be looking for its next new release, and Two Point Hospital was supposed to serve as a jumping off point for a management game set in Two Point County.

Culture Shock is scheduled for release on Steam on October 20, with separate fancy dress DLC. In the meantime, check out the screenshots below.
