Stardew Valley adds cooperative multiplayer and new late-game content.

Patience is the key to ConcernedApe's farming sim, but the next Stardew Valley update can't come soon enough; since its first release in 2016, Stardew Valley's wholesome farming and laid-back town life have taken root in everyone's heart. Fans of Stardew Valley have received numerous updates over the years, including Stardew Valley multiplayer farming, four new farm maps, and the phenomenal 1.4 "Everything Update" that tweaked nearly every feature of the game. enjoyed.

What's in store for the next big free update to Stardew Valley? We don't know, but ConcernedApe has confirmed that there will be another content update on Stardew's 4th anniversary. ConcernedApe has released the 1.4.1 patch to address issues found in the 1.4 Everything Update. This patch was originally listed as version "1.4.0.1" but was changed to 1.4.1 for compatibility with the Stardew Valley Modding API.

Below are the fixes and changes from the patch notes.

ConcernedApe places a high priority on avoiding spoilers when publishing notes for major content updates, so the blog post announcing all 1.4 updates has some previews of the new content but does not go into detail. In the same spirit, we begin with an overview of the 1.4 updates.

Below are the highlights of the update without spoiling the new story itself:

A new endgame mystery about the ruins.

A new 14 heart event for each spouse "We wanted to introduce a little more of what each spouse has been up to since their marriage and add another layer of post-marital fun."

Fishpond A new fish farm building where you can raise fish and harvest a variety of items. Most fish produce eggs, which can be further processed in preservation jars. However, some fish produce other things, and many also produce useful secondary items.

Four Corners farm map Four Corners is a great new separate accounting option for multiplayer, as each farmer can have his or her own living quarters. However, it can also be enjoyed as a single-player or cooperative farm. Each quadrant has different perks, but the total farming area is smaller due to the cliffs that intrude. It is interesting to note that the greenhouse, farm cave, and pet area are located in the center of the farm.
