It was inevitable. The official Ninja skin for Fortnite is here. Ninja, the blue-haired king of streaming synonymous with Fortnite, is finally in the game. Well, by the looks of it, he's all his own; Ninja released his first official skin on Twitter on Wednesday and will soon be playable as himself.

"I've dreamed of having a skin since I started playing Fortnite," Ninja tweeted Wednesday morning. Today, the dream becomes reality."

According to Ninja's tweet on the matter, his official skin will be available as part of the new Fortnite Icon Series. To get the skin, players will need to log into the Epic Game Store (Ninja's terminology, but we assume it's in the Fortnite Item Shop) between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. CST on Thursday, January 16. Ninja will stream the skin, which will then be available on January 19 and will be available until some time on January 19.

Oddly enough, no V-Bucks amounts for Ninja's skins and items have been confirmed. Given that this is a full set of gear, one would assume that it would be at least 1,500 V-Bucks, possibly 2,000 V-Bucks, based on past special skins.

Ninjas aren't the only ones who can get special gear in their own image in Fortnite; according to Epic's blog post, more collaborations are in the works, including streamers like "Loserfruit" and "TheGrefG."

Here is what appears to be the skin's style with the facemask removed, showing off Ninja's conventionally handsome features.

There are two other styles that cover the ninja's eyes, one with and one without a hood.

And that's not all. In addition to the skins, Ninja will also get dual katana pickaxes, ninja edge backblings, and ninja-style emotes.
