Microsoft's Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 is expensive, but also one of the best PC controllers, and is currently on sale for $159.99 for Amazon Prime members (available with a free Prime trial).

The $20 discount may not be a huge discount, but it was $10 off in the last sale. The Series 2 improves on an already great controller by adding Bluetooth, a built-in rechargeable battery, and a USB-C charging case.

We fell in love with the Elite Series 2 when we reviewed this controller late last year. The hair-trigger lock is back and remains one of our favorite features, the battery life is decent, and the Elite Series continues to be our favorite form and build controller. Bluetooth support is a Bonus, but it also supports Xbox Wireless if you have an older dongle.

This hefty controller also allows for an unparalleled level of customization, with the joystick tension adjustable (with tools).
