The first season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare began in December, but if you haven't had much time to play it, Infinity Ward has some good news.

Infinity Ward announced this extension last night, but if you've already taken the time to try the challenges and unlock new items, you can still dig into the new stuff.

Additional items and challenges will be available, especially the challenge where you can get a crossbow. In addition, there will be remixed game modes, playlists, and additional items available for purchase in the store.

Along with new pastimes, players will also enjoy faster progress with double XP, weapon XP, and tier progress between now and February 11, when Season 1 ends.
