Garfield for "The Elder Scrolls": Arena was a mistake

If you have played the Elder Scrolls games, you know about the Khajiit. They are a cat-like people. Basically a big cat standing on two legs. Fur, tail, and all. But in Arena, the first game in The Elder Scrolls: series, the Khajiit look like humans. Unless you install certain mods.

If you want The Elder Scrolls' Khajiit to look more like a cat, you need to install a mod: If you want the Khajiit in Arena to look more like a cat, there are plenty of options to choose from. Cats are cute and the Internet is full of them. However, the creator of the mod All Khajits are 1978 Garfield clearly did not choose one with the image of a cat.

Instead, they chose the lasagna-loving Garfield from the original comic book. Specifically, the game's original Khajiit model is topped with a smug, fat-cheeked Garfield head. A cartoon cat head on an athletic, human-like body is already quite a sight, but the mods went even further. To finish the job, Khajiit's skin color was given the same carrot-orange hue as Garfield's fur. There is something disturbing about seeing Garfield with pectoral muscles.

Fortunately, Elder Scrolls: Arena is played from a first-person perspective, so when you start the game, the only thing you see of the Garfield-Khajiit character is the portrait in the lower left corner, if you don't mind Garfield criticizing you throughout the RPG's campaign, It's not that bad. Just hope you don't meet any other Khajiits.

Please, don't try to make Garfield a part of Elder Scrolls lore. I find that unacceptable. Isn't it enough that we have Garfield Kart: Furious Racing?
