Recent product introductions (Radeon RX 5600 XT) and price cuts (GeForce RTX 2060) have made it a bit more difficult to determine which is the best graphics card. That said, the Radeon RX 5700 offers more frames per dollar and is even more valuable if you purchase the XFX factory overclocked model.
Amazon offers the XFX Radeon RX 5700 DD Ultra for $299.99. This is $30 less than the list price. This is also the cheapest RX 5700 on the market today. Almost all other RX 5700s sell for $329.99 or more, but this MSI model is $309.99 at Newegg after a mail-in rebate spree.
XFX took the liberty of setting the DD Ultra's base clock to 1,565 MHz, 100 MHz overclocked from reference. The card also has a game clock of 1,720 MHz (up from 1,625 MHz) and a slightly higher boost clock than the reference, 1,750 MHz versus 1,725 MHz.
The "DD" in the product name stands for "Double Dissipation"; according to XFX, the model's cooler has a heatsink with twice the surface area (presumably compared to the reference) and uses a 35% quieter fan.
