65-inch 4K TV for gaming on the big screen on sale for $498

Large-screen TVs have come down in price considerably over the past few years, and you are no longer forced to spend more than $1,000 to bring home a 65-inch model. I'm not even talking about crappy TVs; Walmart has an HDR-enabled Vizio 65-inch M Series (M656-G4) 4K TV for just $498 right now.

This is $250 less than Walmart's advertised list price, which is $201.99 less than Vizio's price, although they do not usually sell for this amount. This is a very good deal for a large-screen TV. Even better, the M Series is not Vizio's entry range.

The Vizio lineup can be a bit confusing to look at, as there are many different series, with differences from one year to the next model to model. This particular model has 12 local dimming zones to adjust the backlight in specific areas, can achieve brightness levels of 400 nits, and offers smart features with built-in Chromecast and Apple Airplay support.

Vizio also cites quantum dot technology as a differentiator from the V and E series.
