AMD's latest GPU drivers clean up HDR games and are tailored for Zombie Army 4

Zombie Army 4: Dead War was released today, and both AMD and Nvidia have released updates to their GPU drivers optimized for this game. Yesterday we wrote about Nvidia's latest GPU drivers, and now we will discuss AMD's latest release.

The Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.1 driver package ("20.2.1") is primarily focused on bringing Zombie Army 4 optimizations to AMD's Radeon graphics cards. Besides that, there is another bug fix.

If you own a Radeon RX 5000 series graphics card (5500, 5600 XT, 5700, or 5700 XT), the 20.2.1 driver addresses an issue with "some DirectX 12 API games" where HDR content is overly dark or overly bright. AMD did not say which games specifically cause this problem, but if you play games with HDR, you may want to install this driver to see if it makes them look better.
