2K's Silicon Valley studio, which opened last year under the direction of Sledgehammer co-founder Michael Condrey, finally has a name. The new studio has already opened an office in Spain and is expanding.
What they are actually working on remains a mystery, unfortunately. Condrey says it's an "ambitious and exciting new IP," but he's not ready to divulge any details just yet. Nevertheless, his resume suggests that it will be action-packed: he was director of "Calls of Duty" several times during his time at Sledgehammer, and also directed "Dead Space" during his time at Visceral.
He is also a big fan of Silicon Valley. Not the show, but the place.

Tyler Michaud, 31st Union's Head of Strategy, believes that the studio "has a deep connection with passionate fans and that diverse perspectives and experiences are essential to creating a truly global entertainment experience," which is why the new office in Spain That's why they decided to open a new office in Spain," he adds.
Now that they have a name, hopefully we will soon know what they are building.
