Those who already own GTA 4 can download the update starting March 19 and continue playing, as GTA 4 and its DLC, Episodes from Liberty City, will be replaced in the future by GTA 4: Complete Edition, The download is mandatory. If you own the game on Steam or Rockstar Games Launcher, getting the download will be easy. However, if you own a physical copy, it's a bit more complicated.
