Nvidia's Latest GPU Driver Makes Your PC Ready for The Division 2: Warlords of New York

In less than a week, the "Division 2" expansion "Warlords of New York" will be released, and in advance of its March 3 launch, Nvidia has released new 442.50 WHQL drivers for GeForce graphics cards optimized for the expansion Theoretically, the new driver is for GeForce graphics cards.

In theory, the latest driver should provide the best performance with extensions when running GeForce GPUs. This falls under Nvidia's "Game Ready" banner, as do Apex Legends: Apex Legends: Season 4 and ARK: Genesis Part 1 (both already released), and this driver release falls under Nvidia's "Game Ready banner.

"Game Ready drivers provide the best gaming experience for all major new releases. Before a new title is released, our driver team works right up to the last minute to ensure that every performance tweak and bug fix is included to ensure the best gameplay from day one," Nvidia explained.

In addition to several game optimizations, Nvidia's driver team has eradicated a handful of bugs in this release. The following is a list of the issues that have been fixed:

Nvidia has also added three monitors to the G-Sync compatibility fray: AOC's AF271FZ2 and AG271F1G2, and Asus' PG43U. module, but have passed Nvidia's tests and have G-Sync enabled automatically by the GPU driver. There are currently more than 80 G-Sync-enabled monitors on the market.
