RAM speed is important for gaming, and AMD systems especially benefit from fast memory; with a 32GB DDR4-3600 memory kit, you don't have to choose between capacity and speed.

This is a set of G.Skill Ripjaws V series memory, currently available at Newegg for $145. Not a huge savings, but you won't find the same combination of speed, latency, and capacity for the same price; OLOy has several similarly priced 32GB DDR4-3600 kits, but the timing is loose.

Don't get me wrong, memory timings don't matter much outside of synthetic benchmarks. However, if the price is about the same, I would choose faster timings and the G.Skill brand (a heavyweight in the overclocking community) 11 times out of 10.

That said, the timings on this kit are 16-19-19-39 at 1.35V. Those are very good numbers for a kit of this speed and capacity, and if you need to upgrade your RAM, now is the time to buy this kit.
