Looking to get back into "Mount & Blade: Warband" before the release of "Mount & Blade 2" later this year, BannerPage has you covered. This is a major enhancement mod for MBW, based on the popular Native mod, that targets "areas where Native MBW is inadequate" and aims to significantly improve "areas of the game that haven't aged well. "Bannerpage will, first and foremost, overhaul the game's overhaul the graphics, deepen the systems and improve interactions, and make numerous other improvements. It also adds major changes such as shipping with trading and combat. There are also bridge battles, which are terrific, but in a good way. Honestly, it's more of a meat battle than a siege battle. I love it.

It's also full of small improvements, like tweaking the UI. There are a number of report screens that give you information, troop tree upgrades, etc., and a trade ledger for those who make their living transporting goods instead of killing people. The graphic overhaul also includes a redesign of the troop types and how they look, which is very good. Also, I can't emphasize enough, everyone has a unique face.
