Tomb Raider" is now free on Steam.

Millions of people around the world are quarantining themselves to slow the spread of the coronavirus. In response, Square Enix has made the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot and co-op spin-off "Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris" free for a limited time.

To claim the games, you can follow a complicated process at the Square Enix store, or you can find them on Steam and add them to your library.

Unlike Steam's typical free weekend offers, once you claim "Tomb Raider" and "Temple of Osiris," they are yours forever.

Tomb Raider has never been hot: since its release seven years ago, two sequels, "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and "Shadow of the Tomb Raider," have been released, both currently on discount. But they're not being discounted to free low prices, and Tomb Raider isn't being chopped liver: 2013 reviews praised the spectacle of the scripted scenes, earning 75% of the 2013 reviews praised the spectacle of the scripted scenes, earning 75% of the 2013 reviews The official recommended GPU is the Radeon HD 5870 or Nvidia GTX 480.

"Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris" is also not to be missed: it has mixed reviews on Steam, but our reviewer likes it a lot. Given that it's free and that most people spend most of their time at home, it should be easier than usual to get three players together for a co-op game.

The giveaway ends March 23 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, so don't wait too long to get both games if you want them.
