American Truck Simulator," new DLC lets you cruise the Colorado

American Truck Simulator recently teased a new "colorful" trip DLC that had fans guessing where in the U.S. they would be cruising next. In that news, Andy guessed it would be Colorado, and he must be pleased that his guess was right on the money, as SCS Software confirmed on its official website that the new destination is the rocky wilderness of Colorado.

The American Truck Simulator map is slowly expanding, and Colorado has been added to the map as the ninth state, joining Idaho, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, and New Mexico.

Colorado's landscape is a mix of rocky mountains, open desert, and deep rivers, so roll down your truck window and let your eyes take in the open wilderness.

SCS ends the announcement by saying that they plan to release Colorado a couple of months after Idaho, with more projects in the works, but the timing could change. Looking at a map of the U.S., SCS covers most of the western states with the exception of Wyoming and Montana.

No release date or price for the Colorado DLC has been set as of yet, but previous DLCs have cost around $12/£10.
