Guerrilla Games' "Horizon Zero Dawn" will produce an original comic book series that follows the events in the game. The series will be released in the summer of 2020, coincidentally the same time "Horizon Zero Dawn" will be released on PC.

The comic series will be co-created by Anne Toole, one of the game's writers, with artwork by Anne Morin The first issue of Horizon Zero Dawn will be available in stores and online on July 22 for $3.99 / £3.99.

The series tells the story of the main character, Aloy, and Talana Kane Paddish, a hunter at the Kalya Hunter's Lodge. Talana, a Sunhawk of the Hunter's Lodge, struggles to find her purpose after her trusted friend, Aloy, disappears. When a mysterious new threat appears in the wilderness, she returns to her roots as a hunter to defeat it, only to discover that a whole new breed of mechanized killer stalks the land."

This is the first time this open-world RPG has been adapted into a comic book, and one of the first PlayStation exclusives to be released on PC.The store page for Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition is now available on Steam, with basic game, the expansion "The Frozen Wilds", and bonus weapons, packs, and armor
