Of all the PlayStation exclusives that deserve a second life on PC, Bloodborne is definitely at the top of the list. Sony seems to be loosening the reins a bit, and that's why we've seen Horizon: The Last Airbender, but there's no word on From Software's gothic horror epic following suit, thank goodness for modders, because it's a game that's been around for a long time, and it's a game that's been around for a long time."

Hunter's Combat (cheers, Reddit) is a new mod for Dark Souls 3 that doesn't replicate Bloodborne, but gives you a taste of the combat in other games Modder Forsakensilver has a Bloodborne He has added at least two unique trick weapons, along with the brutal "Visceral Attack" and "Gun Parry," and Forsakensilver has more trick weapons planned, including the Hunter's Axe.

Still in development (the latest update is v0.8), it's not a 1:1 replica of Bloodborne's combat, but it's much more aggressive and speedy than one would expect from the usually more cautious and defensive Dark Souls 3 (how much depends on the build). At first glance, it certainly looks a lot like its inspiration.

Obviously, Dark Souls 3's enemies were not balanced for this kind of combat, so playing through the entire game with this mod could be tricky. Or it could be really easy, especially if you are a Bloodborne player; Forsakensilver has not yet tested it on a full playthrough.
