One of the most common pieces of ergonomic advice we hear is that we should never stay in the same posture for too long. Physical therapist Dr. Caitlin McGee recently told us that "your best posture is your next posture," which is a catchy statement. This "workstream"-like desk is on sale for $259.99, $90 off the regular price.

The desk has a "quiet" electric motor that can be easily adjusted by simply pushing the up/down button. Once the optimal height is found, it can be saved to one of three programmable presets. There is also a timer button that prompts the user to stand up at a specific time (adjustable in 30-minute increments).

The height of the desk is 49.6 inches. The actual surface is 47.2 x 29.1 inches and has a load capacity of 121 pounds. The surface can be partially tilted as needed, and that portion can be adjusted up to a 30-degree tilt with a pneumatic level.

For a standing desk with a motor, this is a great price. Prices vary by make and model, with some costing several hundred dollars more, such as the Evodesk we reviewed a few years ago.

They can also be used as standing desks for work or gaming.
