Gigabyte's factory overclocked graphics card GeForce RTX 2070 Super Windforce OC 3X is on sale again, available on eBay (via Newegg) for $459.99.

This is $40 less than the regular list price. This is a great graphics card for those who want to enjoy 4K gaming for a reasonable price (see review). While you won't always be able to achieve 60 fps on ultra settings (depending on the game), it doesn't make sense to shell out the big bucks for something like the Ampere-powered GeForce RTX 2080 Ti that will be available later this year.

In general, one could argue that now is not the right time to buy a graphics card, and to some extent that is true (AMD will also be launching a new GPU this year). However, if you need an upgrade now and can get one on sale like this one, there is nothing wrong with pulling the trigger. Playing actual PC games is, after all, infinitely more fun than playing a waiting game.

The boost clock on the Windforce cards being sold here is slightly faster than the normal model (1,785 MHz versus 1,770 MHz). Equally important is the cooling solution with three fans. It's up to you to decide, but a little extra overclocking headroom is reasonable.

Even without it, this is a fast card. It is also the most affordable 2070 Super. Inventory is dwindling, with Newegg's next cheapest option being a $509.99 MSI card, and marketplace sellers asking $700+ for other 2070 Super models. Pass on such cards.
