Why am I looking for this "OMG!" PC case?
[If you're wearing a Metallica t-shirt, you're probably a heavy metal fan. The problem is, Xigmatek's new OMG! [For example, now that Ampere is rumored to be lowering the cost of ray tracing, it's not a good time to buy a $1,200 GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Or maybe I'm just marveling at your cable management skills.

I have no idea why such a case exists or what it means. Nonetheless, for some odd reason I am strangely attracted to this case. It makes me want to actually build a PC into this thing. Whatever that means about me or my aesthetic tastes. I once owned a Lian Li PC-777B. This snail-shaped case was voted one of the 8 Ugliest PC Gaming Cases.

All I know is that Xigamtek's OMG! case made me laugh and then failed to introspect a bit. I wonder if Andy Chalk was as conflicted when he admitted he liked Cougar's Conquer 2. This case reminded me of Keith Courage in Alpha Zones for Turbo Grafx-16 (gut punch for those who remember this game).

OMG, I haven't even talked about the actual functionality yet. To begin with, this is a small form factor case that supports micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards. In other words, you can't install a regular ATX motherboard; you can try YOLO, but you'll just end up spouting obscenities like NSFW.

The "OMG!" on the front panel is a nice touch, and there are vents between the front panel and the main section of the case to allow air to enter the system. On the back of the front panel you can mount a 140mm or 120mm fan or a 240mm water cooling radiator. Additionally, there is room for a 240mm radiator on the top and a 120mm radiator on the back.

If you are particular about cooling fans, the entire case can accommodate up to five (two 140mm/120mm in the front, two 120mm in the top, and one 120mm in the back).

Front panel connectors consist of two USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.0 port, and a separate 3.5mm headphone/microphone port. There is a power button, a reset button, and an activity LED.

It does not have RGB lighting, which is a rarity these days. Unbelievable, isn't it?" Perhaps that is why it is called OMG! Hopefully, it is a reference to the killer price that has yet to be announced.

Thanks.
