General
I want to live in this virtual video game box.

Someone pull me out of the Big Box Collection (discovered by Will Goldstone). This curator has uploaded over 600 game boxes he has accumulated over the years, ranging from C64 classics to late DVD boxes.

The covers alone are fuel for nostalgia, but looking at the entire box is a real treat. Back in the day, I used to stuff a lot of stuff into the back of those burly boxes. The "Baldur's Gate" box, boasting a whopping five CDs, especially evokes many memories. Most of them are the discs that went missing.

And look at the back of the "Doom" box. There is probably more text on there than on the game itself, although a third of it is shareware advertising.

Some of the boxes are still wrapped, no doubt containing a large instruction manual and a gorgeous map, probably made of cloth. I'd like to shake it up a bit.

I'd like to think I've finally accepted the dominance of digital media. I'll complain when I can't walk around my apartment because of a tower of boxes, but I wish I'd saved more before it became a thing of the past; I still have a few boxes left on my PC, one of which is Watch Dogs. I'm just now getting around to keeping Watch Dogs on hand.

If you're looking for something specific, there is a search function, but I highly recommend just scrolling through and seeing what jumps out at you.
