Sega, SNK, Koei Tecmo and others to host new online events in June

There may be no E3, Gamescom, or Tokyo Game Show in 2020, but that doesn't mean there aren't alternative digital celebrations: the PC Game Show returns on June 6, publishers like Microsoft, Electronic Arts, and Ubisoft have their own event, Guerrilla Collective promised a massive indie event, and today publishers including Sega, Atlus, SNK, and Grasshopper Manufacture announced that they will converge in June for an online event called the New Game+ Expo. [Producer Adam Johnson said, "New Game+ Expo is a grassroots coalition of publishers and developers. By bringing them together for the first time, we hope to showcase the entire lineup of games coming out in 2020 and beyond for the enjoyment of our fans!" said producer Adam Johnson.

Party attendees include: [As a gamer myself, I am very excited to see what will be on display," said Suda 51, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture. I have no doubt that video games will give gamers the energy and vigor to face tomorrow. Let's recharge our batteries while staying at home!"

.

The New Game+ Expo will be streamed live on Twitch on June 23 at 8am PT / 11am ET and will feature new game announcements, live gameplay demos, Q&A sessions and more. The entire event will also be available on YouTube after the live stream ends.
