My Hero One's Justice 2 Adds English-Dubbed Cast in Latest Update

For those who are objectively wrong and prefer dubbing to subtitles, My Hero One's Justice 2 has finally added dubbed voice actors in its latest update.

Unveiled by Clifford Chapin, voice actor for Katsumi Bakugou, and announced in the patch notes for the latest update (via Gematsu), it appears that the English cast of the entire roster has been added. It has not been confirmed whether the lines are newly recorded for the game or simply archival audio from the anime itself.

It is a bit odd that this update received little fanfare, given that it includes a cast that many Western fans of the beloved anime are familiar with. The patch notes list it along with vague details such as "game balance adjustments" and "game stability improvements." It's even stranger when you consider that the original "My Hero One's Justice" was not dubbed in English at all!

Frankly, "My Hero Ones Justice 2" doesn't have much of note to offer, even though it features an English-language cast. It is more or less an updated version of its predecessor, with the same slideshow-style storytelling, reused levels, and not much content. It is a 3D anime fighter from Namco Bandai, more akin to the "Naruto Shippuden: NARUTIMATE Ninja Storm" series than "Dragon Ball FighterZ." Still, for fans of "My Hero Academia," it is worth it just to be able to punch Mineida in his stupid face while playing as All Might.

The English-dubbed voice line is part of the free 1.05 update.
