This week, "No Man's Sky" continues its parade of free updates with no end in sight. Last month we learned that the PC version of the game would be available on Xbox Game Pass throughout June, and that date has been set for Thursday, June 11.
And it's not coming up empty-handed: along with its arrival on Game Pass, "No Man's Sky" will be fully cross-platform: PC, PS4, and Xbox astronauts will be able to play together. A party will be held at the Nexus and everyone is invited.
This update also brings several other improvements. A new interaction prompt that appears when you are face to face now allows you to invite other players to join your group. They can also be added as "No Man's Sky friends" and easily manage their friend list from the game's menu.
New options have also been added for communicating with other players, including the option to transcribe voice chats into text and auto-translate voice chats! Amazing. Very cool. Bug fixes and other improvements are also included in the update. You can check out the full patch notes here.
