Fortnite Season 3 is here. If you thought the only NPCs you had to worry about were the guards, you're wrong. With half of the map submerged, players will find giant sharks prowling the surf, looking for tasty players.

That's bad enough, considering how valuable boats are in the new Fortnite meta, but these sharks are pulling off some crazy tricks that make Jaws look like a dolt without fins. Players share some of the more ridiculous tricks the bloodthirsty sharks pull off, some of which could be the fuel for nightmares. Most of them, however, are quite entertaining.

First, no floor is safe from shark encounters.

One player decided to let the shark explain how frustrated he was with the current meta.

The player has the option of using a fishing rod to turn the shark into a water ski, but apparently he can also use the scootin' emote (which puts him on a little red Vespa scooter) to turn him into a jet ski.

Another player learned firsthand that sharks can chew up anything, and if you piss them off enough, they will attack you, chewing up everything in sight.

One player shared footage of being rodeo whipped by a land-based shark and driven into oblivion.

Senior Kit seemed to be enjoying a good old-fashioned game of Fortnite when the shark spotted her from below and began eating the building beneath her, causing her to scream with amusement. I have to admit, I did the same thing.

Another player couldn't even enjoy his replenished cabbage and almost had his lunch money stolen by a disgusting shark.
