Warner Bros. may be about to release a new Batman game as soon as Suicide Squad. Warner Bros. plans to unveil the game at the DC Fandome digital event on August 22, but a newly registered domain discovered by ResetEra user DriftingOrbit suggests a game called "Gotham Knights" and " Suicide Squad," suggesting a game based on "Suicide Squad.

The domains, all registered between June 16 and 19, are suicidesquadgame, gothamknightsgame, and suicidesquadkillthejusticleague.

The registered domains do not mention Warner Bros. anywhere, but as user JaseC pointed out in the same ResetEra thread, registrar MarkMonitor is most likely the company WB has hired to manage the domains (they also the owner of wbgames.com). The first two URLs are self-explanatory, but killing Justice League? That's pretty mean.

Kotaku reported in March that WB was planning to announce a new Batman game and Rocksteady's next project at E3; given that WB Montreal (the studio that made "Arkham Origins") has teased a return to Batman, " Gotham Knights" is theirs. This also suggests that Rocksteady could be behind a "Suicide Squad" game, which is very exciting.

Nothing is certain at this point. For official details, we will have to wait until DC's Fandome event on August 22.
