In May, CD Projekt said that the character customization system for "Cyberpunk 2077" would be highly detailed, allowing players to customize their own junk, including "various sizes and genital combinations." However, as Steven pointed out at the time, these words were vague enough to leave us in the dark as to how detailed it was.

Today, courtesy of Kotaku, we have the details. The list of user-adjustable features is extensive, to say the least. All the standard things like skin, hair, eyes, ears, scars, and tattoos are included, but you can also choose between three types of nipples, two types of cocks (adjustable in size, of course), one type of vagina (details unknown), and five types of pubic hair.

Five types! I didn't know there were that many types of pubic hair. Donsliders have been around since yesterday.

If you don't like nudity in video games, you can bypass all of that, and that choice is maintained even with the randomizer: Kotaku reports that if you choose a random appearance, your appearance will change but your genitals will remain the same. Gender choice can also have certain meta-impacts on the game. For example, one of the game's perks is that if you play as a male character you are called Demolition Man, but if you play as a female you become Demolition Femme.

I haven't had a chance to pick up Cyberpunk 2077 yet, but fortunately Andy Kelley has, and he seems to like it a lot, calling it "the most exciting RPG of 2020" in a new preview. We also have new gameplay footage, an early look at life in the Badlands outside of Night City, and in case you didn't know, a Cyberpunk 2077 anime is coming to Netflix in 2022 from the famous Studio Trigger.
