Hell Let Loose's upcoming map "Carentan" looks like a hellish dense urban battle

The World War II tactical shooter "Hell Let Loose" is getting a major update in a few weeks, and as part of it, a new map is previewed: Kalentan. Familiar to gamers of a certain age, Kalentan was infamous in the original "Call of Duty" and was It also made a return in Call of Duty: WW2. We've seen Kalentan fight in many games before. Honestly, Hell Let Loose's Carentan looks to be the most gorgeous yet. Let's take a look at the screenshots.

The density of props and buildings on the map is... It's a bit shocking. If you've ever played a tactical shooter game, you'll be stunned at the overview of the map itself. With overlapping lines of fire everywhere and blind spots, almost every position is flanked from multiple angles. Driving a claustrophobic tank in Hell Let Loose in this environment would give you an ulcer. (3]

Black Matter describes this map in detail in their update." "Building a photo-realistic city from a full-scale reference is no easy task," said developer Max." To accomplish that, we took the liberty of closing many of the more than 2,000 gardens behind the streets."

Hell Let Loose's upcoming Update 7 will also include an animation and sound overhaul.

Hell Let Loose is a Black Matter tactical shooter released a year ago this month. It is in Early Access, and while some of the game mechanics are still fairly simple, the overall experience is quite good. The core gameplay of running and shooting is the perfect balance of realism and fun. The Early Access version of Hell Let Loose is available on Steam.
