A new heist has been added to the ongoing Silk Road campaign in Payday 2. Titled "Breakfast in Tijuana," the game involves breaking your friends out of a "heavily guarded police station in Tijuana." It can be played either by stealth or in a gunfight, with "various pre-planning options."

"After the San Martín heist, the gang got away, but not all of them got away. Hajrudin, one of the gang's allies and Vlad's brother-in-law, was discovered and arrested by Federal. Federales immediately transferred Hajrudin to a holding cell in a heavily guarded police station in Tijuana. Vlad has now informed the Payday Gang of his plan to raid the police station at dawn and take out Hajrudin."

Vlad also told the Payday Gang that he was going to be arrested by the Federales in the morning, and that he was going to be arrested by the Federales in the afternoon.

Also included are two packs: the Weapon Color Pack 2 and the Fugitive Weapon Pack. The former contains camouflage-themed color skins, while the latter includes pistols, light machine guns, sniper rifles, and "a dozen new weapon mods."
