The creators of the frenetic visual novel series Danganronpa are releasing a new title from their new company, Too Kyo Games, on July 17: Death Come True, an FMV adventure mystery with a sci-fi twist, " billed as a "New Wave Interactive Movie Game. That means it's interactive fiction with full live-action cinematic accompaniment to each scene.

Creator Kazutake Odaka has become well known in the interactive fiction world for his outlandish creativity in the Danganronpa series. Danganronpa is a game about finding out who in the school is the murderer.

Death Come True's protagonist is a young man who wakes up in a mysterious hotel room with a bound young woman. He does not know the woman or how he got there. The ending of his story is up to the player, but it seems that many deaths await him in the process. Each time he dies, the player collects a "death medal" for each death, the results of which can be viewed on "DeathTube." It is recommended to collect them all.

Given the game's pedigree, it's tough to go wrong; Death Come True is scheduled for release on July 17. More information can be found on Death Come True's Steam page.
