After a disappointing event in May, Xbox Games will host another showcase next week, and according to marketing boss Aaron Greenberg, it will be an hour of nothing but games.

"The show will have one focus: games," Greenberg tweeted. No business, devices, or similar news, just games." For about an hour, the show is dedicated to gaming."

I have a vague interest in the Xbox Series X, but it's the games that concern us PC Gamer, not the console. More first looks, more chances to see games we've already seen, and maybe we'll finally see some campaign gameplay for Halo Infinite.

The Xbox Games Showcase will air on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and Twitter on July 23 at 5pm BST/9am PDT. Prior to that, professional game writer Geoff Keighley will host a one-hour pre-show on YouTube Gaming. Along with the details of the games already announced, there are likely to be revelations and predictions by the "YouTube creator."
