Minerals and intricate craftsmanship added to the Organic City Construction Foundation.

Foundation is a medieval city-building game, the main feature of which is that there is no grid. It is a game where your feet decide where to put roads through, just as you do. Folks take shortcuts between two points, but over time they become roads. You only tell them where to go, not exactly what to do.

It's been a little while since we checked in on this game and the developers have been pretty busy. New updates have added valuable minerals and an expanded crafting system to the game. Nodes must go prospecting in the hopes that your bailiff will find gold (but perhaps just iron) before being converted into an open mine with scaffolding. [Parts such as stained glass windows and sculptures will be assembled off-site and transported for installation. With this change comes a new "masterpiece," a fountain or statue-like structure that attracts visitors from afar. Visitors are also new: pilgrims may come to the shrines, travelers to the inns.

This update follows a major update last December, which revamped how large buildings are constructed and how villagers choose their homes.
