Bioware producer Mark Dollar admitted that work on "Dragon Age 4" is still in progress.

News about Dragon Age 4, the next installment in Bioware's RPG saga, has been announced here like a drop of water during a drought, and some images are available here. Since Game Awards 2018 we definitely know it is happening, but even back then Bioware made it clear that the game was years away.

The last we got about Dragon Age 4 was some new rendered images during the June EA Play, but nothing more substantial than that Bioware is putting all its efforts into overhauling the multiplayer shooter Anthem Not only that, but it's also understandable, given that they have telecommuting employees, as many companies do during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

It was welcome in these uncertain times that executive producer Mark Darrah tweeted that work on Dragon Age 4 is still ongoing. Dragon Age fans have been eagerly awaiting a new Dragon Age game every five minutes since "Dragon Age: Inquisition" was released in 2014. This year is all about slow and steady progress on everything, so it's nice to know that the game not only exists, but is being actively worked on. Since this little update, Darrah has been retweeting some very good Dragon Age fan art.
