Microsoft announced at the Xbox Games Showcase today that Destiny 2 will be coming to Xbox Game Pass in September, and Xbox Game Pass subscribers will receive full access to the current Full access to all content in the Destiny 2 standard edition, including the upcoming Destiny 2: Beyond Light expansion.

Destiny General Manager Mark Noseworthy clarified on Twitter that seasonal content, such as Season of Arrivals, will need to be purchased separately if needed. However, all previous expansion content, plus "Beyond Light," which will be available on November 10, is included, and that alone will give you a huge amount of Destiny 2 to play with.

Speaking of Destiny 2: Beyond Light, Bungie released a new trailer at today's Xbox Games Showcase for Stasis, an ice element that allows players to freeze and shatter enemies and create new platforms on existing structures. Revealed.
