VM Computers, created by modder delta2force, uses VirtualBox to run Windows 95 to Windows 98 operating systems within Minecraft. once you install the mod, you need to actually order a PC in the game The "ordering tablet" is created. Simply create an "ordering tablet" and wait for an in-game satellite to orbit around the game. This satellite will appear 5 times during the day in-game and this is how you secure your Minecraft PC. I haven't done this myself, but others have. For example, reddit user uDrunkMate proved that Doom 1993 works in Minecraft and did us a big favor:
