Lenovo Gaming PC with GTX 1650 Super on sale for $744 ($56 off)

Thanks to Nvidia's GTX 16 series graphics cards and competition from AMD, entry-level gaming PCs are getting surprisingly powerful these days, and Lenovo's Legion Tower 5 PC with a GTX 1650 Super is a solid choice for 1080p gaming. It is a solid choice for 1080p gaming and is available now from Newegg for $743.99, a $56 discount off the original price.

The model on sale is powered by a Core i5 10400F processor, part of Intel's new 10th-generation CPU lineup, which supports six cores, 12 threads, and two memory channels. Speaking of which, the Legion desktop comes standard with only 8GB of RAM, so adding another 8GB of DDR4 2933 memory (currently on sale for ~$50) would be a good idea.

As for graphics, the Legion desktop is powered by Nvidia's GeForce GTX 1650 Super. This is one of Nvidia's lower-end graphics cards, and while the 4GB of VRAM will be a bottleneck for more demanding games, it still provides a good experience at 1080p. For benchmarks and more information, see our GTX 1650 Super review.

Other specs include a 256GB SSD as the main drive, a 1TB hard drive for gaming, a 650W power supply, Intel B460 motherboard, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.0. Lenovo also provides a free keyboard and mouse, and Windows 10 Home 64-bit is preinstalled so you can start using it right away.
