Horizon: Horizon: Zero Dawn System Requirements Finally Released

After spending years as a PlayStation 4 exclusive, the robot dinosaur hunting game Horizon: Zero Dawn is finally coming to PC on August 7. With less than a week to go before the release, there isn't much time left to make sure your PC is good enough to run this game. What kind of rig do you need for that? That's what we've found out. Here are the official system requirements.

Minimosaurus:

Osmeiraptor:

Neither Steam nor the Epic Games Store indicate what kind of performance you can expect with these setups, but the PC version will have up to 4K resolution and unlocked framerate support (all dependent on hardware performance, of course), mouse and keyboard support (with "partial" control customization options), adjustable FOV up to 100 degrees, multiple presets for anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering, and more, the original PS 4 release will have numerous enhancements over the original PS4 release.

However, it is not a complete overhaul: ray tracing will not be supported, and the characters, machines, and environments in the game will be the same as in the PS4 version.

Horizon.Zero Dawn's "Complete Edition": the PC version will also include the "Frozen Wilds" expansion content, the Carja Storm Ranger Outfit, the Carja Mighty Bow, the Carja Trader Pack, Banuk Trailblazer Outfit, Banuk Culling Bow, Banuk Traveller Pack, Nora Keeper Pack, and Digital Art Book Available for pre-purchase for $50/£40/€50.
