You lunatics, you are the ones who made "COD: Modern Warfare" over 200 GB.

Well, Infinity Ward has finally done it. My "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" capacity has exceeded 200 GB. All my megabytes are gone. Givibytes? Gone. And for that big hole in the stadium? I deleted all my photo albums, all my precious memories, my Adobe suite.

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 looks pretty good, so I'm prepared to pass this time. But this is definitely a momentous occasion for the PC gaming world, as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare occupies exactly 200 GB, or 214,895,564,416 bytes, of my C: drive.

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" has virtually wiped out my 256GB SSD, not because the OS or over-provisioning makes it tough to use the SSD, but because before I compressed my game install to 200GB, the file size of the latest COD 242GB or so. Sayonara, COD.

Shameless plugin: now might be a good time to upgrade to the best SSD for your game. Listen, SSDs are generally much cheaper than they used to be, and now you can get more storage for your money, and even faster ones. If you are looking to buy an SSD now, now is the time to buy.

So, what do you get with this massive download: Season 5 of "Call of Duty: Warzone" will include an all-new Battle Pass, a host of new modes, several challenges, and, of course, a gaping hole in the stadium to explore. What could be in there? It's probably an inflatable ball in there, but let's hope it's something a little more exciting than that.
