Grounded you can get to the roof of the house, but it's not worth it (yet).

Grounded has been a huge success for Obsidian, and it's not hard to see why: this fantasy, inspired by Honey, I Shrunk The Kids, draws you in big time, even if you are afraid of giant spiders. It's also a survival game with enormous expansion potential, and I don't think I'm alone in wanting to explore this house.

One YouTuber, AJBRUN, spent six hours building a huge passageway on the roof of this house. As you can see in the video below, you can't go there, but hopefully one day it will be more substantial.

Whether Obsidian has plans for this house remains to be seen, but updates will be coming monthly, and in a new interview with Gamepur, game director Adam Brennecke offers some interesting hints for the future. For example, if you've wisely built an insect-resistant skybase, you'll be pleased (or scared) to know that bees and mosquitoes will one day be added to the game.

More generally, expect the world to grow with each update." Our goal is to make sure you see and do something new every month, whether it's a new environment to explore, creatures to conquer, base building options, materials to craft, or systems to use as we work towards the 1.0 release. The first update will be at the end of August," Brennecke said.

Chris played Grounded at the start of Early Access and wrote some impressions (note the bug.gif).
