Minecraft Dungeons will be adding another DLC pack next month. Since the last pack was jungle-themed, it makes sense that the next one will be frost-themed. The Creeping Winter DLC will feature new missions, new enemies, and a number of new items to loot. Armor, weapons, artifacts, etc.

Mojang's update post is fairly thin on details and no footage has been seen yet, but a September 8 release date has been confirmed; the DLC is paid for, but a free content update including new merchants and daily trial features will be available the same day.

Merchants will include a blacksmith and a "Gift Wrapper," the former of which is self-explanatory, while the latter will allow for the exchange of items between players. These merchants can be rescued during the dungeon and then settled in their own camps. As for the Daily Trial, it "makes wild changes to the game mechanics to provide a difficult, experimental, or fun challenge."
