Konami Aims to Join the Fall Fellowship with Metal Gear-Themed Costumes

"Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout" has been quite a hit, so much so that brands have come knocking to see the light through the fog and share in the glory of the battle royal. Wal-Mart suggested this silly vest as a costume, and someone at KFC took a little more time to design a rather horrifying skin that transforms you into an egg-costumed Cornell Sanders.

Both of these designs are more in line with Konami's designs. The "Metal Gear Solid" developer has proposed three different Fall Guys costumes based on Solid Snake's classic costume from "MGS 1-3," which are kind of cute. It would be fun to see these included in the game, and given that the Fall Guys' publishers are the wunderkinds at Devolver, it's not out of the realm of possibility that it could happen.

Fall Guys has unlockable costumes, some available by playing the game, some available in the in-game store, and some distributed as pre-release bonuses.

Fall Guys is being updated today with new levels (or rather old levels that were previously in the beta). We reviewed the game a few days ago and described it as "a very cute, yet occasionally tense party royale."
