With the pre-order beta test for the PC version of "Marvel Avengers" just a few days away, Square Enix has outlined what is required for the beta test and the PC-exclusive perks that can be expected.

The PC version will offer an optional 30GB high-resolution texture pack, support for ultra-wide resolutions, unlocked framerate, and multiple monitor settings. Mouse and keyboard control settings are fully customizable, and will also allow seamless switching between keyboard/mouse and controller if for some reason you so desire.

The preorder beta of Marvel's Avengers for PC will be available on Steam from August 14 to 16 (pre-load will August 13), followed by an open beta on August 21 and full release on September 4.
