Let's welcome a very good papper with "Best Friends Forever".

Best Friends Forever, the visual novel and heartwarming dog adoption game, is now off the leash and available for everyone to play: in Starcolt's pet sim, you can befriend, keep, and train some very nice puppies in a world where everyone is dog crazy! You can befriend, keep, and train some very nice puppies in a world where everyone is dog-obsessed. As someone who has yet to convince my landlord to let me have a pet, I'm grateful for Best Friends Forever.

"Best Friends Forever" is not only an adoption simulator, but also a dating simulator where you meet and seduce the attractive residents of Rainbow Bay. You get to know the characters, ask them out on dates, and completely lose your cool with the cute puppy friends who are always around.

I played a demo of Best Friend Forever for a few hours at the Steam Game Festival earlier this year, and it was as wholesome as I expected. You can even play with a puppy when you want to focus on conversation. The puppy sits in the corner of the screen, waiting to be petted. More than once I had to interrupt a chat to give the cute puppy a head scratch or two to prioritize.

Now that it's out, I'm looking forward to playing the whole game. If you want to try it out, you can still get a free demo on the Steam page.

If you're looking for more puppy power, there are plenty of games to look out for. Pupperazzi, which was announced at the recent Wholesome Games showcase, puts you in the role of a puppy photographer; To The Rescue, where you manage an adorable dog shelter; and Forever Ago, where you play as an old man seeking redemption on the road with his trusty canine companion There are.

All of these games have yet to be released, but if you want some dog-based shenanigans right now, there's just the thing: itch.io's "Pet the Pup at the Party" is a game where you frantically run through the endless hallways and rooms of an awkward house party to find a nice dog and make it your pet. It's very relatable.
