[Find a shell that fits your playstyle and enhance it. However, YouTuber Esoterickk managed to beat every boss in the game without wearing a shell. It's like clearing Dark Souls without leveling up.

So should the game be renamed "Mortal" Esoterickk has also successfully defeated all bosses without taking damage. No shells and no damage is quite impressive, especially since without shells, the bosses would kill you with a single blow. All boss encounters can be seen in the video below.

This run is technically different from the Obsidian Form Shell run, which gives you an obsidian-colored shell that is useless on hardcore difficulty and takes away your ability to get other shells.

"I'm not sure what the difference is between No Shell and Obsidian Shell, as they both look the same. But I decided to run No Shell at all and see what it's like."

They continued: "Honestly, it felt easier than the first time I played because I have a lot of stamina and never seem to run out. Combined with the fact that my weapon skills have improved much faster than before, most of the fights have been easier, and a quick look at the Obsidian video shows the exact same thing with regards to stamina, weapon skills, and boss abilities.
