Monster Energy promotion for Halo Infinite doubles XP for games released in 2021.

General
Monster Energy promotion for Halo Infinite doubles XP for games released in 2021.

"Halo Infinite" has been delayed until 2021, but thankfully we can still experience some of the marketing hype that was supposed to take place prior to its release. The best part of any big game launch is seeing your favorite characters depicted on microwavable pasta and piss cans.

You may have already spotted Master Chief on a can of Monster Energy. They are on sale now in the US and will be available in the UK next month. Not only will you get a can that will undoubtedly become a collector's item, but you will also get a double XP code that can be used at some point next year.

The decision to postpone Halo Infinite was made quickly, probably too late to put a pause on the Monster Energy promotional gear, as it was already polished off. Since you can't use it now and will inevitably forget all about it next year, you can instead redeem your code at Halo Waypoint and save it for later; once Halo Infinite is released, you'll get the boost.

Each code is 2x XP for 30 minutes and you can use multiple codes. You will also get the Ugly Monster Energy weapon skin and emblem. The first 8 codes unlock the XP bonuses and skins, after that you only get XP.

To get all of these, you must first visit the promotion site and submit your receipt.

The weapon skins use the Monster Energy color scheme, but there is no obvious brand name. Unlike in Death Stranding, I don't think we will see Master Chief knocking back cans of Monster Energy to get the fuel he needs.
